Shipping Details
1. General
We provide free standard shipping on all orders. Orders are typically dispatched within 5-6 business days (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm IST). Delivery times may vary based on your location and order size.
Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our products, there might be occasional delays in dispatch. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to deliver your items as quickly as possible.
2. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all standard orders.
3. Returns
3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind
InterSign Global Pvt Ltd (Sparky Neon) do not accept returns for customized products. However, if you receive a damaged product, we will replace it. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and you will need to arrange your own shipping. Once we receive and accept the return, refunds will be processed as store credit for future purchases. You will be notified via email once the refund is completed.
Please note, we will refund the value of the returned goods but not the shipping costs.
3.2 Warranty Returns
Customers must pre-pay the return shipping for warranty claims. Upon receipt of the returned items, Intersign Global Pvt Ltd will process your warranty claim within 7 days. Depending on the case, we will either send a replacement or repair the item.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time Domestically
Domestic shipments generally take 6-8 business days in transit.
4.2 Transit Time Internationally
International orders typically take 8-22 days in transit, depending on the courier selected. A more specific estimate will be provided during checkout.
4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 5-6 business days. Our warehouse operates Monday-Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays.
4.4 Change of Delivery Address
You can request a change of delivery address at any time before the order is dispatched.
4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
We ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only and do not offer courier services to these locations.
4.6 Military Address Shipping
We ship to military addresses using USPS. Courier services are not available for these addresses.
4.7 Items Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of your order.
4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded
If your delivery time exceeds the expected time, please contact us so we can investigate.
5. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to monitor the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates from the shipping provider.
6. Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your parcel is damaged in transit, please reject the delivery and contact our customer service. If the parcel was delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for next steps.
7. Duties & Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax is included in the price of the goods displayed on the website.
7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, import duties and taxes may apply. We pre-calculate these costs and display them at checkout. Customers can choose to pre-pay these duties and taxes for faster delivery or pay them upon arrival in their destination country.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival, the goods will be returned to us at your expense, and you will receive a refund for the goods' value minus the return shipping costs. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
8. Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged once placed.
9. Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.
